Fish farm/ Aquaculture mid-level manager needed
Part time or full time aquaculture position available in Ghana.

Duties: Management of all farm operations and reporting directly to the Director and President. Duties include, but are not limited to, supervising staff in hatchery, production cages, inventory, feed calculation, water quality, detailed record keeping at all stages of tilapia and catfish production.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Science or higher degree in aquaculture, fisheries, marine biology, or related field. Associate degree or certificate in aquaculture acceptable with 2 years of management experience. Knowledge of Microsoft word, excel and other basic computer skills are required. Individual must be dedicated, highly motivated, and be willing to work on the farm. Must possess interpersonal and customer service skills.

Salary: To be determined and based on qualifications and prior fish farm experience. 1 year of probation.
